Consciously choosing ingredients in their place of origin, capable of enhancing the territory and seasonality, processing them with that mastery that makes each dish unique and the flavours unmistakable: cooking is an art that combines creativity and love. This is the philosophy with which we welcome guests in the panoramic dining room and on the elegant terrace with a sea view barbecue at the Il Moro Restaurant.
Breakfast is served in the bright internal room on the ground floor or, if you prefer, you can enjoy it by the pool. The buffet includes cakes, tarts, biscuits and croissants freshly baked by Lucia, a toasted sandwich corner, organic products such as Cantiano jams and Fossombrone honey. A part of it is dedicated to well-being with yoghurt, cereals, dried and fresh fruit. We make pancakes, waffles and eggs on the spot and we also bake focaccia bread, mini-pizzas and crispy bread every day, to which you can add cheeses and cured meats cut with a flywheel slicer.
When the doors open to the Imperial Sport Hotel’s culinary experience, your holiday is filled with aromas and flavours. Our buffet lunch includes appetisers, first courses, salads, pizza three times a week, two different second courses every day, as well as a barbecue on the sea view terrace, so you can choose between meat and fish of the day grilled by the Chefs right before your eyes. Dinner is a moment filled with atmosphere and we pamper you with gourmet dishes served at the table. Don’t miss out on our fresh handmade pasta, our bread, homemade desserts and ice-creams, as well as a selection of Marche wines.
From 15 June to 15 September we organise food and wine events at the hotel: a Marche evening, with lots of typical products and a special show-cooking event dedicated to crescia, a local flatbread; a grand buffet in the pool with live music, during which we like to amaze you with culinary surprises, taking great care over presentation, to please the eye; a crudités evening, with a special menu dedicated to delicious raw seafood.
